• Automated Voting: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to cast votes
• Vote Manipulation: Exploiting technical vulnerabilities to alter vote counts
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen payment methods or chargeback fraud
• Impersonation: Voting under false identities or using others' credentials
• Coercion: Forcing or intimidating others to vote for specific nominees

4. Fraud Detection Measures

We implement the following safeguards:

• Rate Limiting: Prevents excessive voting from single devices
• IP Tracking: Identifies suspicious voting patterns
• Phone Verification: Unique phone numbers help identify duplicate voters
• Payment Verification: All payments are verified through Paystack
• Reconciliation: Regular audit of votes against payment records
• Duplicate Detection: Prevents duplicate vote counting

5. Vote Auditing

Our reconciliation process runs every 5 minutes to verify that every paid vote is correctly recorded. Any discrepancies are automatically investigated and corrected.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a vote was incorrectly counted or fraudulent activity occurred, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
