Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ATLAS GOT TALENT 2026 voting platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not participate in voting.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Voter") and ATLAS GOT TALENT ("Organizer," "We," "Us").

2. Voting Rules

2.1 Each vote costs GH¢0.50 (fifty Ghana pesewas).

2.2 Users may cast multiple votes for the same nominee or different nominees.

2.3 All votes are final and non-refundable once processed.

2.4 The Organizer reserves the right to verify votes and remove any votes found to be fraudulent.

2.5 Automated voting, vote manipulation, or use of bots is strictly prohibited.

2.6 The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any user found violating voting rules.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 All payments are processed securely through Paystack.

3.2 By making a payment, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of the mobile money account or card used.

3.3 All transactions are final. No refunds will be issued for votes cast.

3.4 In the event of a technical error resulting in duplicate charges, we will refund the duplicate amount within 14 business days.

3.5 Payment receipts are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or defame nominees or other users
• Post false or misleading information
• Circumvent any voting limitations or security features

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ATLAS GOT TALENT or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Nominee photos, biographies, and performances are used with permission. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATLAS GOT TALENT shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of votes, revenue, or opportunities
• Technical failures or service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to user data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for votes cast.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Organizer.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Accra, Ghana.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice.
